First Generation Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to support and empower first-generation college students who are breaking new ground for themselves and their families. Erick, along with many other first generations students, understood the unique challenges and determination it takes to pursue higher education without a clear path to follow, we created this scholarship to recognize the resilience, ambition, and courage of students who are the first in their families to attend college. This award aims to not only provide financial assistance but also to affirm the potential of these students to lead, inspire, and transform their communities through education.

Scholarship Purpose

Requirements

  • Must be a high school senior attending Greeley West, Greeley Central, or Northridge

  • 2.5 GPA

  • Taken multiple college level classes (AP/Concurrent Enrollment, etc.)

  • Consistent record of community service throughout high school

  • Must be involved in extracurriculars and/or clubs

  • Pursuing a 2 year or 4 year college degree
